How to use
Hold the cap in place with your hand and turn the nozzle in the direction of the arrow. (If the nozzle does not rise, tighten the cap firmly and turn the nozzle again.) Take an appropriate amount in your hand and apply it to your entire body, including your neck, arms and legs. Can also be used on your face. Wipe off any liquid remaining in the nozzle. If the liquid is difficult to dispense, tap the bottom of the bottle several times before using.
