How to use
1: Hold the spout firmly and cut in the direction of the arrow. Please be careful not to hold the bag too tightly when cutting, as the contents may spill out. 2: Insert the spout into the opening of the container and slowly pour in the contents. Be careful not to press the bag too hard when pouring, as this may cause overflow. Always refill into an empty Steven Knoll Color Lasting Shampoo container. To prevent the introduction of bacteria, do not wash the container or pump before refilling. If you wash them, dry them thoroughly. Refill the entire amount after using up the contents. Do not mix with water or other products. For hygienic use, we recommend replacing the bottle with a new one after refilling approximately three times. This is not a drink. Please be careful where you store it to prevent accidental ingestion.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
