What it is
A powder eyebrow refill containing three shades (dark, medium, and light) that creates a three-dimensional look with soft, natural brows and shadows on the bridge of the nose. ■ Place in the Kate Designing Eyebrow 3D case (sold separately) and use the Kate Designing Eyebrow 3D brush (sold separately). ■ Trendy greige brown and neutral brown. How to use
Apply an appropriate amount of powder to the brush and use it as eyebrow or nose shadow. Place it in the Kate Designing Eyebrow 3D case (sold separately) and use the Kate Designing Eyebrow 3D brush (sold separately).

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The colors were exquisite and the brush strokes were easy!
It's easy to use and doesn't have a yellowish tint. You can adjust the intensity to your liking, so it's easy to use. It lasts well too.
I've bought this product many times. I've tried other products, but this shade is just right for me. The brush is small, so I buy it elsewhere. I don't need a mirror, so I wish the brush was bigger.
I've been using this eyebrow liner since I was a student. I'm so glad they started selling refills a while ago!
