How to use
<Refilling Instructions> Refill the entire contents of the container and pump without washing them. Hold the spout firmly and cut it along the dotted line. Insert the spout firmly into the bottle opening and pour slowly. *Please be sure to refill into a used SINN PURETE Mindful Shampoo container. *Please refill the entire contents of the container only after using up the entire contents. Avoid mixing with other products with different serial numbers. *Mixing with water may lead to deterioration of quality. To maintain quality, do not wash the container or pump. *If you hold the refill pouch too tightly when opening, liquid may splash out. *After refilling, please note the serial number on the bottom right of the back of the refill pouch. Please provide this serial number when making inquiries about the product. *For hygienic use, we recommend replacing the container with a new one after 2-3 refills. Pre-wash thoroughly before shampooing. After wetting your hair thoroughly, take an appropriate amount in your hands, lather it up, and massage your scalp thoroughly. By thoroughly washing your scalp, you will care for the "foundation" that nurtures beautiful hair. After shampooing, rinse thoroughly. <Appropriate amount guideline> . Short hair: 1-2 pumps . Medium hair: 2-3 pumps . Long hair: 3-4 pumps

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
