What it is
This highly moisturizing, all-in-one pore care product is perfect for mature skin troubled by visible pores. Formulated with glycylglycine, a pore- and texture-conditioning ingredient, it offers five functions in one product (lotion, emulsion, serum, cream, and mask). It moisturizes and soothes dry, rough skin, while deeply penetrating beauty ingredients into the stratum corneum. It gently seals in moisture for lasting moisture.

How to use
Please be sure to refill into the AQUALABEL Special Gel Cream EX (Moist Smooth) container before use. After washing your face in the morning and evening, take an appropriate amount onto your fingertips and smooth it over your entire face. For extra moisture, use it as a mask. Spread a small amount over your entire face, leave it for about 3 minutes, and then gently massage it in. <How to refill into the container> Due to the thickened contents, please be sure to refill using the following method. (1) Slowly cut the opening of the spout in the direction of the arrow (from top to bottom). *Please be careful not to hold the pouch too tightly when cutting, as the contents may spill out. (2) With the spout facing up, fold the corner opposite the spout diagonally. (3) Insert the spout into the container, secure it, and hold it with both hands, then slowly pour in. (Precautions for Use) ◇Do not mix with tap water or other products. ◇To prevent the introduction of germs, use the empty container without washing it. ◇After using up the contents of the refill container, refill the entire amount. ◇After refilling, please note down the manufacturing code (alphanumeric characters) on the bottom of the bag. You may need it when making inquiries. ◇For hygienic use, we recommend replacing the container with a new one after refilling 2-3 times. ◇If the cap of the container no longer closes properly, please purchase the entire container. ◇This is not edible. Please be careful where you store it to prevent accidental ingestion. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
