How to use
Apply an appropriate amount to a body sponge or towel and lather thoroughly with warm water. Massage gently into problem areas. Rinse thoroughly with water or warm water. Use with caution, paying close attention to any abnormalities on your skin. If the cosmetics do not suit your skin, that is, if the following occurs, discontinue use. Continuing to use cosmetics may worsen the symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist. (1) If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during use. (2) If the skin you used the product on is exposed to direct sunlight and you experience any of the symptoms listed in (1). Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. *For a beautiful, white body, we recommend using it in combination with other White Conch series products.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
