Dip the brush in water or hot water and shake off any water before use. Stick out your tongue and pull it from the back towards you. Use the convex side against the flat surface of your tongue and the concave side against the side of your tongue. It can also be used on the inner cheeks and between the upper and lower teeth and lips. After use, rinse thoroughly with water or hot water before storing. The brush surface may harden and injure your tongue, so use within 60 days. If you experience any discomfort or abnormalities with your tongue, or if it does not suit your constitution, discontinue use immediately.
