How to use
1. Remove the mask from the bag and unfold it. 2. First align the sheet over your eyes, then over your mouth, and then fit it over your entire face. 3. Leave the mask on for about 3 minutes, then remove it and gently wipe it off.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I often use Quality First masks, but this is the first time I've purchased this product! I like the thickness of the sheet and how moist it is. Since this product is specifically designed for pore care, I'm hoping to see results with continued use. It's very comfortable to use, has good value for money, and is easy to use, so I find it very useful!
Purchased from Suzykirei shopping! I previously purchased the Sensitive pack, which barely stings even though I have sensitive skin, so I wanted to try other packs. It does sting a little more than the Sensitive pack. (Maybe it was because my skin was rough from the pollen...) I was able to wear it for 3 minutes. It didn't cause any redness, but it did sting a little. I wonder why. Korean packs rarely sting or sting, and I even use VT's Vitamin packs without any problems. My skin didn't feel too sticky after use, which was great! It comes in a pack of 7, so I plan to use them all up unless I experience any problems.
It's packed with liquid for deep moisturizing. The sheet is large.
I use it every day, so I'm grateful for the large size. The liquid is soaked in and my skin feels so moisturized. I haven't noticed any visible improvement in my skin, but I think it's a good value for the money.
The sheet adheres well to the skin and is easy to use. It's also very moisturizing.
