How to use
After washing your face, take a small amount (about the size of a 500 yen coin) in the palm of your hand or onto a cotton pad and gently massage it into your entire face. When using on particularly sensitive areas, be sure to gently press your palms into your skin without rubbing too hard.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a light, watery texture and absorbs quickly into the skin. When I use a serum after conditioning my skin with this lotion, the serum also seems to absorb quickly. It doesn't sting or irritate my skin, so I can use it with confidence.
I used it only in the mornings and finished the whole bottle in just under three months. The amount used per use is about three 100-yen coins. While looking at a catalog at Shonan Beauty Clinic, a staff member told me that it would firm my skin, and although I was skeptical of the effects of exosomes, I was interested in the ingredient, so I decided to buy it. The staff member said that they don't use it on the whole face, but on the area around the eyes and cheeks where firming is needed. It has a light, non-sticky texture. I like refreshing lotions, so this was the texture I liked. I'm not sure if it actually firmed my skin, but it was easy to use and didn't cause any irritation, absorbed easily, and was easy to use.
It's a watery, refreshing lotion. It's refreshing, but not without moisturizing power. (I'm not sure if I can call it super moisturizing!) I recommend using it chilled, as it feels great.
I bought it because I was intrigued by the fact that it was sold by a beauty clinic. It has a smooth, watery texture and feels cool when applied to the skin. It felt so good to have it soak into my flushed skin after a bath. However, because it's so light (similar to IPSA's lotion), it doesn't feel very moisturizing. Since it's meant to replace my regular lotion, I had to apply a moisturizing cream after applying the lotion. I think it's great because it's non-sticky and can be used in the summer or when you want to feel refreshed.
