How to use
With dry hands, take a cherry-sized amount directly onto your fingers, melt the balm in your palm, and then apply it all over your face. Gently massage it in to blend with your makeup. For areas with pores, we recommend using the pads of your fingers to massage in circular motions. Rinse with lukewarm water, and when the rinsing water runs clear, it's ready to wash. No need to double cleanse.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's easy to use and removes makeup beautifully.
I received this from Suzykirei. I was surprised at how smooth it was, unlike a balm, and how it didn't dry out my skin, which is common with pore care products. I also feel like my pores are cleaner than when I wasn't using it. However, the price is a bit high, which is a bit of a disappointment.
It's effective, but the storage conditions are complicated. I think they should be more creative with the container so it's not suitable for use in the bathroom.
I liked the yellow one better! I didn't notice any difference in effectiveness, but since it was black, I didn't like the idea of it staining the bathroom and towels when I washed it, and it turned black when it got inside my nose, which was a bit of a pain.
It thoroughly removes makeup and leaves my skin feeling moisturized without feeling tight after washing!
