Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have dry, sensitive skin. This was my first cushion foundation, so I wasn't sure how much to apply. It applied quite a lot at first, so I think you'll need to adjust it so that only a small amount is on the sponge when you use it. A small amount is enough to spread it very well. (I'm not sure if it's appropriate to say it spreads easily, since it's patted on.) Since the gift arrived, I've been using it for about two weeks under various conditions. Because I have dry skin, on extremely dry days my skin feels tight. (So maybe it's tough on dry days...) I also sometimes worry about pores around my cheeks. I feel like it fits nicely on days when I have a humidifier on or when the humidity is high. It has good coverage, a nice glow, and allows me to quickly apply my base makeup. I think it's a very good value for the money.
I thought it had amazing coverage! It erases dark circles and pimples under the eyes, and it's easy to use! I also found it doesn't dry out my skin easily. Because it has such high coverage, it doesn't feel like you're wearing too much, so I thought it was a foundation that's easy to use on a daily basis. The color didn't look off at all!

[Usage] This new cushion foundation is a combination of crystal and red, and the packaging is a luxurious ruby color! The inside is a crystal-like mesh, and the puff is teardrop-shaped. Of the three available colors, I received "21N Ivory," a natural skin tone (standard color), from Suzykirei. It's the same shade as the red, so it matches my skin tone perfectly. Because the ruby is mesh-type, if you try to apply too much foundation to the puff as you would with the red, it can end up with too much and cause your makeup to come off. The trick is to apply a little on the tip of the puff and then adjust the amount using the back of the lid. This is just my personal opinion, but while it offers the same high coverage as the red, it's thinner and less thick than the red, giving me a natural, dewy finish that I really like! Also, while the volume is only 3g less than the red, the foundation spreads better, so I felt the ruby was a better value for money. I've been using the red for a while, but the finish was so amazing that I'm thinking of switching to the ruby from now on! If you've been wanting the dewy red look, I'm sure you'll love it!
