How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use it after a bath, soaking a cotton pad with 4-5 pumps. It feels refreshing, but doesn't irritate or dry out my skin instantly. It soothes my skin in a comfortable way. I think it's more suited to oily to combination skin than dry skin. It doesn't leave any residue on my skin, so serums and lotions absorb well! It's perfectly fine to use in the winter, but I think it would be even more comfortable in the summer.
I used the sample and it was so good that I bought the full product. The refreshing feeling after wiping is irresistible! My pores are no longer noticeable, so I'm very satisfied! I use it when washing my face in the morning on days when I'm not going out, or when my face feels oily. I'll definitely buy it again!
For the past few years, I've been using a wipe-off lotion in place of my morning face wash. I've tried several before, but ever since I found this one, I've been using it again and again. The deciding factors were the quality of the ingredients, the pleasant feel, and the pleasant scent. It's refreshing, but it doesn't make my skin feel tight, and I think it helps the lotion I use afterwards to penetrate better.
The texture is light and smooth, with a subtle herbal scent. I use it as a morning wipe, soak a cotton pad in it, and wipe it off. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed, but not tight. I don't feel it's moisturizing. I personally like it because it feels refreshing, but I don't think it's suitable for those looking for a moisturizing feel.
