How to use
Use morning and night after toning your skin with lotion. Press the pump, dispense a small amount into your palm, and gently massage into your face. When the product is low, remove the pump and use directly in your palm. Refill Instructions: Always replace the pump with the ONE BY KOSE Melano Shot P. 1: Unscrew the bottom of the pump from the used container. 2: Open the cap of the replacement container, insert the removed pump, and tighten it all the way. To prevent contamination, do not wash the pump before replacing it. If you do wash it, dry it thoroughly. Do not transfer any remaining contents from the previous container into this product. Do not mix with water or other products. For hygienic use, we recommend replacing it with a new container after approximately three uses. Please follow the instructions. Avoid using it over a wide area or frequently. When using this product in combination with other whitening cosmetics, use each product at a time, monitoring the condition of your skin. The serum on the pump nozzle or cap may darken slightly when exposed to light or air, but this does not affect the quality of the product. After use, wipe the pump nozzle clean and close the cap tightly. Do not store in high temperatures or in direct sunlight.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I didn't notice any lightening of the spots or freckles after using this serum, but it did have the effect of brightening my overall skin tone. I used two pumps after applying lotion, morning and night. Since I only applied it to my face, there's a noticeable difference in color between my face and my neck. I plan to apply it to my neck as well. The texture is very smooth and spreads easily, and the scent is nice, so it was easy to use. I also liked how it didn't leave any flakes even when I used it in the morning before applying makeup.
