How to use
<Rose Water> Usage: Apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad and gently wipe away moisture while moisturizing your skin. Wiping thoroughly moisturizes the skin's surface, enhancing the penetration*1 of subsequent beauty products. <Wild Rose Beauty Balm/Vegan Wild Rose Beauty Balm> Choose the method of use based on your skin condition. Warm the balm in your palm before use. Usage: 1-2 pearl-sized amount. [Daily Care] <Moisturizing Care> Moisturize dry skin with this close-fitting balm. After toning with lotion, gently massage into your entire face. Finally, press with your hands to enhance the balm's penetration*1. Then, tone your skin with a moisturizing cream or emulsion. <Roughness*2 Care> For rough skin, use it as a booster to draw in the moisture of your lotion. Gently massage into your entire face immediately after cleansing. Then, tone your skin with your regular skincare routine. If dryness is a concern, apply an additional balm after toning. Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The rose scent is soothing. It has a refreshing feel, so I sometimes use it as a lotion pack. I like to use it when my skin is tired.
I bought this. I love rose water and make my own from essential oils, but I wanted something more refined. I use it as a pre-lotion after washing my face. The scent is nice, but a little different from the scent of something made with 100% essential oils. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized without irritating it.
I absolutely love the scent of damask rose; just smelling it makes me feel happy. When I apply this lotion to my skin after a bath when my parasympathetic nervous system is dominant, I feel a sense of relief. As a lotion, I didn't notice any particular benefits like whitening or pore care, but the rose scent itself seems to have an effect on my depressed mood, so I use it without expecting any medicinal benefits. When I'm feeling overwhelmed by stress, I use this as a face mask to calm my mind. It's easy to use, with a splashy feel that doesn't irritate, but the bottle's size (even more so with the pump) is a bit of a drawback.

Since I started using this rose water about twice a week, I haven't had any acne. The scent is a refreshing rose scent that isn't too strong. I've heard that the scent of roses has a positive effect on female hormones, so it makes my skin feel even better. Even if it's a placebo, as long as it makes my skin feel better, that's fine... lol This product itself has no moisturizing properties, so use a moisturizing lotion afterwards. I'm worried about friction when wiping it off, so I use a generous amount so that the cotton pad gets all wet. So it's not very cost-effective... (I think it's fine if you don't use it like I do.)
