How to use
Using a curler to curl your eyelashes before use will help maintain a longer, more upward curl. If the amount of product on the brush becomes less, gently stir the liquid on the side of the container with the brush before use. <How to remove> (1) Soak in warm water: Before using your face wash or cleanser, thoroughly soak the mascara in warm water and let it soak. Warm water, about 38°C (2) Remove with your usual face wash: After (1), wash with your regular face wash. You can also use a cleanser before washing your face!

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I loved the greige mascara before the renewal! It's easy to use, and I feel like it's easier to control the flow of your lashes compared to other mascaras. It's also easy to remove. They have a range of exquisitely cute colors, but I wish they had lighter colors.
I bought it after reading the reviews. It certainly doesn't clump and is a very natural, light liquid, so the curl doesn't fall out easily. However, because it's so natural, the whitish color makes my lashes look blurred compared to my natural lashes, so it didn't suit me. With this finish, I should have just gone with the regular black. No matter how many times I apply it, it just doesn't stand out...
I've bought it many times. It lasts a long time and dries quickly, unlike the sticky lotions available overseas.
The brush is small and easy to apply. The amount of liquid is small, which is a good thing, so it doesn't get cakey. *I think mascara is easiest to use once you've gotten used to it and it starts to dry out. It's not too black, just the right amount. It doesn't smudge, so you have to soak it in warm water to remove it. That's a bit of a drawback, but I expected that, and other than that it's good.
I love this exquisite red. The smooth texture makes it easy to apply and prevents clumping. The head is large, so if you're not careful when applying it to the bottom lashes, it will get on your skin. I use a hot curler, and I think it does a good job of keeping the curl in place.
