Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it because it is said to be less likely to cause irritation. I didn't buy the case because I was told I could use it as is. I was glad that I didn't experience any irritation after using it. The color is red, but it's not a very bright color, and it's a calm, easy-to-use color that blends well with the skin. It feels more matte than glossy.
I was looking for a brown lipstick that I could wear everyday on work days, so I bought this. I'm very happy with the natural color. My lips are relatively dark, so the Bric Brown color is particularly sheer and doesn't feel very pigmented, but the color tone is variable, so it gives a moderate makeup look that's just right.
It's a surprisingly understated beige, and the glossy finish is nice too.
When applied, it's sheer and not heavy, and it makes my face look stylish and cute! I also like how it goes well with any makeup look.
