How to use
Wet your hair and scalp, then take an appropriate amount in your hands, lather, and massage your scalp, then rinse thoroughly. <How to refill>Be sure to refill into an empty Jurem Layered Shampoo Smooth Straight Care bottle. To prevent the introduction of germs, do not wash the bottle or pump before refilling. If you do wash them, dry them thoroughly. Refill the entire bottle after using up the contents. Do not mix with water or other products. For hygienic use, we recommend purchasing a new bottle after refilling approximately three times. (1) Hold the spout firmly and cut along the dotted line from the direction of the arrow. *Please be careful not to hold the pack too tightly when cutting, as this may cause the liquid to splash. (2) With the cut end facing up, fold the spout so that it tapers as shown in the diagram. (3) While holding the folded part, insert the spout into the opening of the bottle and slowly pour the contents in.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used this while traveling. It was great for a commercial shampoo and conditioner, as it didn't leave my hair feeling rough. My hair still felt manageable the next day. The smell wasn't too strong.
I bought a trial set at Don Quijote because it was cheap. The shampoo foam felt thick and heavy. It wasn't rough and my hair felt smooth, but it took a while to rinse off. The scent is supposedly Blooming Lilac. I was worried because there wasn't a scent tester, but I thought it would be okay because the Jurem Relax Midnight Repair I used before had a nice scent, but the scent was not my cup of tea. It felt good to use, but I probably won't buy it again.
I bought it because the reviews were good and I was curious about the scent! The finish was very good, but I didn't like the scent so I won't be buying the product.
