How to use
After shampooing, apply an appropriate amount to your hair and then rinse thoroughly. For even greater effectiveness, use with the Lux Super Rich Relax Night Care series. [How to refill into a bottle] (1) Hold the spout firmly and slowly cut along the dotted line in the direction of the arrow. *Be careful of liquid spilling out and the cut edge when cutting. (2) Insert the spout into the bottle, secure it in place, hold it with both hands, and pour slowly. Do not mix with other products. Always refill into a used bottle of Lux Super Rich Shine Relax Night Care Smooth Conditioner. Before refilling, thoroughly wash the inside of the empty bottle and the pump with tap water, allow it to dry, and then refill the entire amount at once. After refilling, please record the manufacturing number of this pack. (This may be required when making inquiries about the product.)

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The shampoo lathers well. The conditioner is easy to apply to your hair, and after rinsing, it's easy to manage. I like the scent.
I had the impression that lavender scents often have a strong, air freshener-like scent, but this one wasn't too strong and combined with the scent of water lilies, it had a fresh, floral scent that was different from the previous LUX scents. After washing, my hair felt a bit rough, but once I applied conditioner, it wasn't so noticeable. The next day, my hair still had a soft shampoo scent.
The shampoo leaves your hair feeling refreshed, but I felt that its cleansing power was too strong for winter. The conditioner is not too heavy and has just the right feel, but it does tend to leave hair prone to bedhead. It leaves your hair soft. The scent is somehow pleasant and faint, and you can still smell it the next morning. I can smell lavender when I use it, but the lingering scent is more floral. It's not overpowering. The feel and scent aren't particularly distinctive, so I thought it would be good for summer use.
