Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought a single dose. It was the scent I was looking for and was very nice, but I did notice a slight squeaky sound when rinsing out the shampoo or drying my hair with a hairdryer. I liked both scents, but I don't think I'll buy the bottles...I like to buy the pouches occasionally.

I have long hair. I have normal hair volume, straight hair, and some waves at the nape of my neck due to aging, so I tried this out. I have a regular hair washing set (for coloring), but I bought this one that got high marks from reviews here and look forward to it as a way to change things up during bath time. The double shampoo creates a fluffy, cleansing foam that feels great, yet is gentle on the skin. The treatment completes the look. I also like the spicy, herbal scent, and I was impressed with how smooth and manageable my hair was not only after blow-drying it, but also the next day. I usually style my hair with a hair iron, but on this day it was so well-styled that I didn't even need to curl it. I'd like to try it again on a one-off basis.
