How to use
1. After washing your face, tone your skin with toner, remove the mask sheet, and apply it to your forehead, nose, and cheeks in that order. 2. After 10-20 minutes, remove the sheet and gently pat the remaining essence onto your face to blend it in.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use this to improve the redness on my cheeks and around my nose. The mask is thin and adheres well to the skin, and the liquid is thick and generous. It's mild, so I don't have to worry about irritation. I'm looking forward to the calming effect of the tea tree, which gently soothes the skin.
I felt a slight stinging sensation in the rough areas of my skin, but the redness and roughness had subsided the next morning. If your skin is severely rough, Mediheal's Tea Tree Ampoule may be more effective.
This is the best thing to do when your skin is irritated!
