I received this from Suzykirei. First of all, the box and packaging are quite retro and elaborately cute. It has a pre-war overseas cosmetics vibe. It would make a lovely gift. The thick glass makes it seem like it would be a hassle to dispose of, but since it's thick, I don't think there's much risk of it breaking. I've been thinking that I can't really evaluate it until I've used it thoroughly. Overall, it's not bad, but I don't think I'll repurchase it. The scent is retro and interesting. I once gave up on a purchase because of the scent of Por Jo's foundation, and while this is less overpowering than that, it does have a unique feel as a skincare product. Personally, I don't find it a relaxing scent. The texture is a little thick, but it's quite refreshing upon application, yet still leaves a lingering moisturizing sensation. Some people may like that, but I found it a bit unsatisfying. However, I didn't experience any dryness after application, so I think it does moisturize well. In conclusion, the unique scent and the feeling on my skin after application didn't really suit me. However, other than that, it's not bad.
When I purchased the base, I received a sample sachet. The scent and texture were great, neither too heavy nor too light. It seems like it would be good for everyday use.
I can't live without this serum. Before applying lotion, I put about two shakes in the palm of my hand and massage it into my entire face. There's a huge difference in how dry my skin feels after a few hours if I use this or not. It feels like the lotion is fully absorbed and stays in place. It's great that you only need a small amount of lotion. The bottle is cute, and I look forward to using it. The scent is a little strong. I used to love Melvita's Activator Oil Water, but it seems like it's no longer available in Japan, so I'm glad I found this one.
I won a prize on Suzykirei. Thank you. I started using it in the fall, and I've almost finished the whole bottle. I've been using it almost every night in conjunction with the Double Concentrate Serum for my nighttime skincare routine. It's the kind of product that makes you suddenly realize, "Hey, my skin has been feeling better lately." At first, I thought it was just a supporting role, but maybe it's actually a leading role. The texture is light, and the scent is a little alcoholic. It's so cute that you'll even want to display the empty bottle.
I received this as part of a campaign on Suzykirei! The packaging is so cute, it gets me excited! I use it as a primer after a bath. It has a slightly thick, refreshing, and light texture, so it's great that it doesn't feel sticky after a bath. I feel like it somehow helps the lotion I apply next soak in better. You only need to use a small amount each time, so it lasts quite a long time. I thought it might be light enough to not irritate my skin, but after laser treatment, I kept my skincare routine super simple and stopped using it for a few weeks. I was surprised when my skin got so rough after using it for the first time in a while. It smells a little alcoholic, so I wonder if that's the reason...? It might be a little irritating... Now that my skin is back to normal, I can use it without any problems.
