Apply the Light Reflecting Luminizing Powder to the highest point of your cheekbones with the #16 blush brush and blend towards your temples. Apply it to the bridge of your nose with the #15 precision powder brush and lightly blend it into the cupid's bow of your lips. For an even more radiant glow, blend the remaining powder from your cheekbones down to below your brow bone. Buff the skin on your cheekbones with a back-and-forth motion to enhance the shine.
