How to use
Stop using if you have any cuts or other abnormalities on your scalp. When brushing tangled hair, do not pull forcefully, but gently untangle from the ends. When brushing hair after shampooing, do so gently to avoid damaging your hair or scalp. Do not use hot air from a hair dryer on the brush as this may cause deformation. Do not apply hair styling products directly to the brush. If the brush is very dirty, rinse with water, drain well and dry in the shade. Store in a dry, clean place. Do not use for any purpose other than its intended purpose. Keep out of reach of small children.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
