Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a cream, but when you apply it to your skin it turns into an oil. The scent is woody and luxurious. Personally, I wish it was a little stronger. It's not sticky, so I use it as a hand cream.
I often use soaps, but I thought this cream had a rather mild scent compared to other soaps. Salty Aromatic Green was a new scent I'd never experienced before, even though I've tried many different ones. The moisturizing feel of soaps suits me, so I'm very satisfied.
The body scrub also has the same scent, so I bought it to use together. It's a cream, but it turns into an oil when you rub it into your skin. It moisturizes your skin, so it's great for this time of year, but I have dry skin, so this alone isn't enough for me, so I use it in combination with other creams and oils. I like it because the scent isn't too strong and it's not sticky. I'd like to buy it again when I run out.
It's easy to use both outdoors in the dry winter months and indoors with the heating on, making it perfect for winter! The staff told me it has a eucalyptus scent, but honestly, I didn't find it that strong. I think scent preferences vary widely, so if you're curious, I recommend trying it in-store. The texture is like a lotion, but it spreads easily and smoothly. It feels like it melts onto the skin, and I thought the name "cream to oil" really lives up to its name. I liked that it wasn't heavy or sticky after use. It's a little thicker than lotions from the same brand, but not as heavy as full-fledged creams, and has a nice, light feel. I'd consider repurchasing it if I had the chance.
It penetrates into your hands and leaves them moisturized. The scent is also very soothing. I'll definitely be buying it again!
