How to use
(1) One pump press dispenses one dose (approximately 1ml). (2) Spread it on your hands and wash them, then rinse thoroughly. Always use "Kireikirei Medicated Foaming Hand Soap Refill" when refilling. If you refill with another product or add too much liquid, foam may not form or the pump may become difficult to press.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using it for a long time, so I can use it with confidence! I bought the commercial refill at Costco, but I had a bit of trouble finding a place to store it. It runs out quickly, but it's great that I don't have to go back and buy it so often! The smell doesn't linger on my hands, so it's easy to use!
