How to use
<How to Use>Spread the liquid on your hands and wash them, then rinse thoroughly. Refill into the designated "Kirei Kirei Medicated Hand Conditioning Soap" bottle. *Refilling into other containers will not produce foam. Do not refill into "Kirei Kirei Medicated Liquid Hand Soap" or "Kirei Kirei Medicated Foam Hand Soap Auto Dispenser." *The entire contents cannot be refilled into the bottle at once. <How to Refill the Bottle>(1) Wash the bottle. Rinse the inside of the used bottle with water and dry thoroughly. If water gets inside the pump, it may not produce foam, so wash it without pressing the pump and dry it thoroughly. (2) Pour into the bottle. Pour slowly, being careful not to let the liquid level exceed the top of the printed area. *Adding more liquid may make the pump difficult to press. *Always refill into a used "Kirei Kirei Medicated Hand Conditioning Soap" bottle. (3) Storage. Close the cap tightly and store the bottle upright. <How to crush the bottle>(1) Remove the cap and crush the body. (2) Crush the shoulder and then the bottom, then put the cap back on. *After refilling, please record the manufacturing number written on the bottom of the bottle. (Please provide this number when making inquiries about the product.)

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
