Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have tanned skin and dark hair, so I was a little hesitant, but I went with the lighter shade. It has a sheer finish, which gives it just the right soft feel, so I'm glad I chose this one. The brush can get sticky if you don't squeeze it well, but the tip is thin and easy to apply. It doesn't get stiff or rough, so I like how easy it is to use.
I heard that for thick eyebrows, it's best to use a light-colored eyebrow mascara and pencil, so I bought eyebrow mascara for the first time. I don't have very thin eyebrows, so this color doesn't really feel like I'm wearing it. I sweat a lot, so it comes off easily. I think I should have bought a darker color.
I started using this product because I have gray hair and I dye it orange, and gray hairs are starting to appear in my eyebrows too. It's reasonably priced, available at drugstores, and doesn't make my eyebrows stubborn. The trick is to squeeze it out first before using it.
It made my dark eyebrows look softer and smoothed out the hairs, which was great.
I've used Majo Majo eyebrow color before. I bought it because it was brown, but the color didn't blend in as well as I expected and ended up looking out of place. It was easy to apply, but sometimes it would get on my skin, so I haven't repurchased it.
