I've been using this series, the pink shampoo, and the hair lotion, and when I heard that a hair oil had been released in my beloved series, I bought it! It suits my fine, fine hair perfectly, but I'm not sure if it would suit people with thicker, more voluminous hair.
This is a non-greasy oil. I have fine, thin, and curly hair. I pump one pump into my palm and then spread it around, working it into my hair without getting it on the roots. It's not greasy, considering it's an oil. Applying it after washing and drying with a hair dryer leaves my hair smooth and light. It leaves a subtle fragrance. The scent doesn't linger in my hair. I bought this to combat static electricity in the winter because I have thin hair, and it's pretty good. My daughter seems to like it too, so we both use it. (My daughter has normal-length hair, so she apparently needs two pumps.) You can try out different products with testers at drugstores now, so if you prefer a smooth, light finish, I recommend giving it a try.
I use it together with the conditioning water. My hair is quite curly and wavy, but using this has helped make it straight and easy to manage. I'd like to try the moisturizing version as well, as I'd like it to have a bit more shine.
It was great. I got rid of the terrible condition I was in when using other oils, which left my hair sticky but dry. I have fine, fine hair, so it's easy to tell what works for me. I'm not sure if it has had much effect on my frizz, but it has stopped my hair from frizzing.
I was suffering from terrible static electricity due to the dryness caused by heating, so I popped into a drugstore and looked for something. The reviews were pretty good, the bottle looked cute, and the price was reasonable, so I thought I'd give it a try. I have a straight bob and color, so I use two pumps after a bath. If there's not enough after drying, I'll check and see what happens, then use another pump. As others have said, this oil is incredibly light and smooth, so it doesn't leave your hands feeling sticky. It has almost no scent, so it doesn't get in the way when used with your favorite shampoo. However, I personally wish it was a little more moisturizing... It's easy to use and lightweight, so I take it to the gym and keep it in my bag every day.
