How to use
Take a 500 yen coin-sized amount of lotion in your hand and use the palm of your hand to spread it over your entire face. Once it is fully absorbed, apply another 100 yen coin-sized amount on top and press it in with your hands.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received a sample! As per the instructions, I took a 500 yen coin-sized amount of lotion and used the palm of my hand to spread it over my entire face, then added another 100 yen coin-sized amount. I then used it by pressing it in with my hands to blend it in. It has a thick texture, but it blended in smoothly and easily with my skin. It's not sticky the next morning and my skin remains moisturized, so I think it's perfect for the dry season that is coming up!
It's easy to use. It blends well with the skin and moisturizes it. I think I'll buy the larger size next time. I'm torn between this and IPSA.
I learned about Dermed when a friend recommended this spot cream to me when I asked for advice on how to get rid of dark spots. Before using the spot cream, I first purchased the trial set. I tried the premium lotion...it has a thick, moist texture...I like the scent, and the way it penetrates into my skin is perfect for me! I apply it in layers and press it in with my hands...it's so satisfying and I'm in a daze. I enjoy my skincare routine every day. After trying out various products this time, the dullness of my skin has disappeared and my dark spots have become lighter. I plan to continue using the Dermed series.
