What it is
This eyebrow palette allows you to create natural, three-dimensional eyebrows that match your individual hair color and desired look. The carefully selected combination of five colors creates beautiful, professional-looking eyebrows. Nuanced shades of red and orange are used to match your hair. Additionally, powders and brushes are designed to match the overall shape of the brow, the shape of the tail, the shadows at the beginning, and the color of the brow. The powder is coated with oil to help prevent smudging. *This product is a refill, so no case is included.

How to use
The basic order of application is A → B → C → D, E. Use with the appropriate brush. (How to set the refill) (1) Insert a pin or similar into the hole on the back of the compact case and push up to remove the used refill. (2) Hold both sides of the "IPSA Eyebrow Creative Palette (refill)" and remove it from the clear container, then place it in the compact and set. A: Natural Brown: Draw a natural, soft line over the entire brow. B: Dark Brown: Draw a neat line at the end of the brow. C: Light Beige: Create a shadow from the beginning of the brow to the hollow of the eye. D, E: Orange or Red: Layer on top to adjust the brow color according to your hair color and the look you want to achieve.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Thin brushes make it easy to draw!
This eyebrow palette is very easy to apply. I wish they would make the limited edition that came out before into a standard palette. I wish the brown was a little yellowish and that it also came in cool undertones.
Until now, I had only ever used inexpensive eyebrow products, but the quality of the department store cosmetics was overwhelmingly different...I feel like I can write my eyebrows well even if I use them casually.
I'd always been interested in this brow powder, thinking that all brow powders were the same. I finally decided to buy it, and it was more compact than I'd imagined. It's great that it's easy to carry around! It also comes in pink and orange, so I'm happy that I can complete my brows with just this one. The powder is great, of course, but the brush that comes with it is also excellent...the dark brown in particular makes it very easy to draw the end of my brows, and I can draw the line exactly where I want it! It's convenient because you can apply it in small increments like a pencil.
I bought it after seeing it recommended by an influencer, and I've already bought it again! You can use it for colored eyebrows in orange and pink, and it also comes in three shades of brown, so it's perfect for when your hair color changes slightly. The included brush is excellent!
