Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

For now, I have no plans to buy anything else. The scent is uncluttered and it feels great to wash with. It doesn't have a strong oily feel, so it feels like washing with a serum. It's not sticky, leaving just the necessary moisture. When emulsifying it around the nostrils, the roughness disappears. It's the best cleanser I've ever used. And most importantly, the design is cute! I'd be happy if they sold a larger version, which is why I gave it a rating of [6].
