How to use
Cicapair S CC Treatment: Use on clean, moisturized skin. Warm a pearl-sized amount (about the size of a 10-yen coin) in your palms, then gently press it into your skin. The cream will change from green to beige as it is absorbed. If you want more coverage, apply in layers as needed. 〇Cicapair Intensive S Repair Serum Mask: 1. After washing your face, prepare your skin with toner, etc. 2. Remove the mask from the pouch and gently spread it over your entire face, avoiding the eye area. 3. Leave on for 15-20 minutes, then remove the mask.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
