How to use
Please be sure to refill into the d Program Moist Care Emulsion EX container before use. After applying lotion, take a coin-sized amount in the palm of your hand and gently massage it into your entire face. Apply additionally to areas prone to dryness. When using on particularly sensitive areas, gently press the palm of your hand against your skin, avoiding rubbing too hard. <How to refill> (1) Remove the cap and inner cap. (2) Remove the cap while firmly holding the base of the spout (marked ). (3) Insert the spout firmly into the opening of the container and slowly pour the contents in. (4) Close the container tightly until the ▲ line is aligned. (Precautions for use) This is not a beverage. To prevent accidental ingestion, please store it carefully. ◇Do not mix with tap water or other products. ◇To prevent the introduction of germs, use the empty container without washing it. ◇Please refill the entire container after using up the entire contents. ◇After refilling, be sure to tightly close the inner cap of the container. ▲Please note that if you do not close it all the way to the mark, the contents may leak. ◇After refilling, please note down the manufacturing code (alphanumeric characters) on the bottom. You may need this when contacting us. ◇For hygienic use, we recommend replacing the container with a new one after refilling 2-3 times. ◇Due to the nature of the contents, the color may be slightly yellowish, but this does not affect usability. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇If any skin irritation occurs after exposure to direct sunlight, discontinue use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I purchased this along with the Moist Care Lotion. Compared to the Ihada and Curel emulsions I usually use, this one has better moisturizing and adhesion, and absorbs well into the skin, which is great! The moisturizing power lasts a long time, so I can apply it at night and it doesn't dry out or sting in the morning, which is great. I have sensitive and dry skin that tends to break out easily, so I can't live without highly moisturizing products. It's a little more expensive than the ones I usually use (Ihada, Curel, etc.), but I was very satisfied because I felt that the results were worth the price! I'll definitely be buying it again!
It's not sticky and doesn't dry out my skin, which is nice. My skin tends to get rough, so when it gets rough, I sometimes just use this and the lotion. It feels a little pricey, but I like how it feels, so I'll definitely buy it again.
It has a smooth and gentle texture. Its light texture makes it easy to blend into the skin, and it moisturizes well without being sticky. Its light finish makes it easy to apply cream afterwards, which I found appealing. On the other hand, the container is not a pump type, so it can be a bit of a hassle to use. So I'll give it minus 1 star.
I was originally using the light blue version of d program, but I was concerned about dryness, so I switched to the pink version. It has a thick texture, but it's not sticky and is moisturizing, so I like that it's easy to use at any time. Since switching to the pink version, my dryness during the day has improved.
I use this along with the lotion. I have very dry skin, but it's moisturizing without being sticky, so it's great for using in the winter without interfering with the next makeup base.
