How to use
Please be sure to refill into the d Program Vitalizing & Clear Emulsion EX container before use. After applying lotion, take a coin-sized amount in the palm of your hand and gently smooth it over your entire face. Apply additionally to areas prone to dryness. When using on particularly sensitive areas, gently press the palm of your hand against your skin, avoiding rubbing too hard. <How to refill> (1) Remove the cap and inner cap. (2) Remove the cap while firmly holding the base of the spout (marked ). (3) Insert the spout firmly into the opening of the container and slowly pour in the contents. (4) Close the container tightly until the ▲ line is aligned. (Precautions for use) This is not a beverage. To prevent accidental ingestion, please store it carefully. ◇Do not mix with tap water or other products. ◇To prevent the introduction of germs, use the empty container without washing it. ◇Please refill the entire container after using up the entire contents. ◇After refilling, be sure to tightly close the inner cap of the container. ▲Please note that if you do not close it all the way to the mark, the contents may leak. ◇After refilling, please note down the manufacturing code (alphanumeric characters) on the bottom. You may need this when contacting us. ◇For hygienic use, we recommend replacing the container with a new one after refilling 2-3 times. ◇Due to the nature of the contents, the color may be slightly yellowish, but this does not affect usability. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇If any skin irritation occurs after exposure to direct sunlight, discontinue use.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

If you tilt the bottle so that it doesn't touch your palm, the wide spout will result in too much coming out. By tapping the bottle gently to avoid touching the back of your hand, you can get the amount you need. The lotion isn't too runny, and the texture blends well with the skin, leaving it feeling fresh and moisturized. When my skin gets dry, it can feel irritating, so I find the d program very useful as it's non-irritating.
I use this in combination with the lotion from the same series. It feels just as gentle on the skin as the lotion. It's highly moisturizing and has whitening and firming effects. I love it.
d program's Vitalizing & Clear Emulsion EX is a thick emulsion that I love because it leaves my skin feeling moisturized after applying lotion. It absorbs smoothly into the skin without leaving it sticky, leaving it plump and soft, making it perfect for seasons when dryness and roughness are a concern. It's gentle enough for sensitive skin, making it an essential product for finishing off your daily skincare routine!
I used the sample six times. It felt very mild and non-irritating, which I appreciated, but I felt it lacked a bit of moisturizing. This may be due to the dry winter weather. When using it at night, I wanted a bit more moisture, so I wanted to layer on a cream or something similar. However, even when I went to bed with just this lotion without any layering, I didn't experience any skin problems the next morning, so I felt like my regular skincare routine might be a bit too moisturizing. Also, while the product claims to "hydrate, firm, and improve skin clarity," I didn't notice any noticeable changes in firmness or clarity after six uses. Because it's gentle and easy to use, it may be suitable for those looking for a lighter lotion or for skincare that requires layering.
