How to use
[d Program Balance & Acne Care Lotion EX] After washing your face in the morning and evening, take a 500-yen coin-sized amount in your palm and gently blend it into your entire face. [d Program Balance & Acne Care Emulsion EX] After applying toner in the morning and evening, take a 10-yen coin-sized amount in your palm and gently blend it into your entire face. Apply additional layers to areas prone to dryness. When using on particularly sensitive areas, gently press the palm of your hand against your skin, avoiding rubbing too hard. (Usage Precautions) ◇ After opening the cap, use within 10 days. ◇ After use, wipe the opening of the container thoroughly and close the cap tightly. Crystals of the ingredients may adhere to the opening. ◇ Due to the nature of the contents, the color may be slightly yellowish and natural ingredients may occasionally become suspended in the air, but this does not affect usability. ◇ Do not use as a refill container after use. ◇Do not store in direct sunlight or in high temperatures. ◇If any skin irritation occurs after exposure to direct sunlight, discontinue use. ◇Keep out of reach of infants and young children. ◇This is a light, lotion-like emulsion, so tilt the container slowly to avoid spilling.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The emulsion is also thick and feels like a lotion, so it seems like it would be perfect for people who don't like oily skin. I'm currently using the pink version, but this one might come in handy in the summer!
I used the yellow version before the renewal. It seems that it can now prevent pore enlargement in addition to acne prevention. The feeling of use hasn't changed much, so I'd like to continue using it and see how my skin changes. It's made for sensitive skin, so I can use it with confidence.
I used this product when I had multiple breakouts of acne on my chin before my period. Morning and night, this alone wasn't enough to moisturize my skin in the winter, so I added a little oil or cream. However, I think these two alone are quite moisturizing. What surprised me was that the emulsion isn't a lotion, but rather has a thick, clear, lotion-like texture, yet it's still deeply moisturizing. This alone seems fine for summer. It doesn't leave that weird shine that often occurs with thicker textures, and it blends in easily. It doesn't particularly speed up healing, but it doesn't irritate my acne. I think it's better to use it as a preventative. It seems like it's safe to use at any time, and with pollen season approaching, I'm thinking of buying the full version.
I was curious about this product, so I bought a small lotion and emulsion set. It's small and convenient to take with you when traveling. It seems to be effective in reducing the appearance of pores and preventing acne. Although the effect wasn't immediate, I felt it was safe to use and had a good impression.
The new container is difficult to use. I can't tell how much is left, and the old one was better... It's a shame, but I'll just buy the container separately. The product itself suits me, and I like it so much that I can't use anything else for fear of it irritating my skin.
