How to use
After applying lotion, take a 10-yen coin-sized amount in the palm of your hand and gently blend it into your entire face. Apply more to areas where dryness or flaking is a concern. When using on particularly delicate areas, gently press the product into your skin with your palm, avoiding rubbing too hard. (Precautions for use).After use, wipe the opening of the container clean and close the cap tightly. Crystallized ingredients may adhere to the opening. .Due to the nature of the contents, the color may be slightly yellowish, but this does not affect usability. .If the contents are difficult to extract, return it to room temperature before use. .For hygienic use, we recommend purchasing a new container after refilling 2-3 times. .If the cap or inner stopper of the container no longer closes properly, please purchase the entire container.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used the sample six times. It felt very mild and non-irritating, which I appreciated, but I felt it lacked a bit of moisturizing. This may be due to the dry winter weather. When using it at night, I wanted a bit more moisture, so I wanted to layer on a cream or something similar. However, even when I went to bed with just this lotion without any layering, I didn't experience any skin problems the next morning, so I felt like my regular skincare routine might be a bit too moisturizing. Also, while the product claims to "hydrate, firm, and improve skin clarity," I didn't notice any noticeable changes in firmness or clarity after six uses. Because it's gentle and easy to use, it may be suitable for those looking for a lighter lotion or for skincare that requires layering.
If you tilt the bottle so that it doesn't touch your palm, the wide spout will result in too much coming out. By tapping the bottle gently to avoid touching the back of your hand, you can get the amount you need. The lotion isn't too runny, and the texture blends well with the skin, leaving it feeling fresh and moisturized. When my skin gets dry, it can feel irritating, so I find the d program very useful as it's non-irritating.
