How to use
Use the spatula provided to take an appropriate amount into dry hands. Apply to dry face and gently massage all over to dissolve makeup. Add a small amount of water or lukewarm water to your hands and massage further to lift away dirt and dead skin cells, then rinse. Use with caution, checking for any abnormalities on your skin.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It removes makeup well and is easy to use! It's a large capacity so I can use it for a while, which is great value for money.
I use it on days when I wear heavy makeup! The balm turns into an oil as soon as I put it on my skin and quickly blends into my makeup! It doesn't leave a sticky feeling after rinsing, and it doesn't seem to dry out my skin easily! I think it's perfect for people who want to thoroughly remove makeup while reducing friction on the skin!

I'm a cleansing refugee, so I've used cleansers from various manufacturers. It's been a while since I've used a balm-type cleanser, but this one doesn't make my skin feel tight and leaves it feeling dry. I love that the balm itself is thick and minimizes the burden on my skin, and the fact that I don't need to double cleanse with it is a big help for busy moms! Blackheads on my nose are less noticeable than when I used cream or gel types. However, although the inner lid is designed to fit a spatula on top for hygienic reasons, I find it a little difficult to remove. This is stressful every day. I like the feel of it, but I don't like the container, so I don't think I'll be buying it again.
I chose this cleanser because I wanted to remove makeup without friction, even on days when I was wearing heavy makeup! The balm melts in the palm of my hand and turns into an oil, which quickly absorbs makeup! I was impressed that it didn't leave a sticky feeling after rinsing, and it didn't dry out my skin more than necessary! Even on days when I get home late at night, it can be removed in a short amount of time, yet it leaves my skin feeling gentle after washing, making it perfect for those tired days!
