Other cleansers left my skin feeling irritated, so I switched to this one, which is said to be for sensitive skin. It's gentle on the skin and doesn't feel like it's rubbing against it. The irritation went away, so I thought it was gentle on the skin. However, after using it for a week, my nose pores started to get clogged. It was gentle, but I felt like it didn't remove all the dirt. I liked the essential oil-like scent and texture.
BANILA CO's cleansing balm is the most effective on pores, so I bought a milder version for winter. This one is slightly acidic. It has a refreshing, subtle mint-like scent. I thought the makeup removal was not much different from the standard pink version. (This may also be due to the fact that base makeup tends to be lighter in winter.) The feel isn't mild, but it has the cleansing power to remove makeup thoroughly. I've been repurchasing the standard version until now, but I think I might switch to this one from now on.
I bought the BANILA CO Clean It Zero Calming Cleansing Balm, which smoothly removes makeup. Here's my honest review after using it for a week: BANILA CO Clean It Zero Calming Cleansing Balm. This cleansing balm transforms from a sherbet-like consistency into a melting oil upon application. It easily removes even heavy eye makeup and other makeup. While it claims not to require a double cleanser, I always use a light cleanser. My skin feels moisturized, not tight, after washing. It also contains soothing ingredients like Centella Asiatica (CICA), making it safe for use even on inflamed acne. It comes in a jar that you scoop with a spatula, but it also comes with a convenient inner lid to store the spatula. I highly recommend it for those who want both makeup removal and skin care for sensitive skin. Be sure to check it out! ★☆☆☆☆ Didn't suit me... Discontinue use ★★☆☆☆ So-so... Might not be able to use it all ★★★☆☆ Fair! Able to use it all ★★★★☆ Feels good! I want to buy it again ★★★★★ My favorite! I preferred this one to the pink one. It's hypoallergenic, removes makeup just as it is, is frictionless, has a gentle scent, doesn't leave my skin tight after washing, leaves it moisturized, and is the best value for money. I keep buying it!
Cream-type cleansers take a long time to remove oil, but this one absorbs quickly and removes it in an instant. It's very easy to use.
