Ingredients
Water, Butylene Glycol, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Propylene Glycol Dicaprate, Isotridecyl Isononanoate, Methylene Bisbenzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol, Glycerin, Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate, Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine, Polysilicone-15, Stearic Acid, Triethanolamine, Tocopherol, Retinyl Palmitate, Lavender Oil, BHT, Disodium EDTA, PEG-10 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Sodium Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Isohexadecane, Sorbitan Oleate, Carbomer, Xanthan Gum, Zea Mays (Corn) Oil, Dimethicone, Glyceryl Stearate, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Behenyl Alcohol, Polysorbate 80, Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Petrolatum, Phenoxyethanol
How to use
Use after preparing your skin with skincare. Take an appropriate amount on your fingertips and spread evenly over your entire face. (Apply a thin layer around your nose, eyes, and mouth. Applying too much can cause the foundation to become uneven.) Can be removed with soap. If you have applied foundation or BB cream over it, use a cleanser. For best results, use in combination with other cosmetics that provide UV protection. If it gets on your clothes, avoid using chlorine bleach. In rare cases, a clear liquid (some of the ingredients) may come out, but this does not affect the quality. After use, wipe the mouth of the container with tissue paper or similar, then close the cap tightly.

I purchased my everyday base makeup primer along with Fasio liquid foundation at the drugstore Seki. I'd previously used Elcia's lavender-colored primer and Integrate Gracie's pink-tinted primer, but I was drawn to the 97% serum content and decided to try the plain clear white version. I thought this would be a good choice for fall and winter, when hydration is key. It's a moisturizing primer, like a moisturizing cream. It adds a glow and doesn't have any color control, but it's great for those who want a glow. It provides ample sun protection. Kose has long advocated using both foundation and primer in tandem, so this was a perfect match with Fasio liquid foundation. I plan to use this in fall and winter, and a more durable Fasio primer in spring and summer. This primer can be removed with soap or cleanser, so I felt it didn't strain my skin even after removing my makeup.
I saw an advertisement for this on social media and was intrigued, so I bought it. Because my skin gets so dry in the winter, I tend to avoid overdoing my base makeup and often just use a primer. I used this in the morning and it didn't dry out my skin throughout the day. It doesn't have any tone-up or corrective effects, so if you're looking for those features, it may not be enough, but it's a very easy-to-use primer that focuses on moisturizing.
It has a light texture and is easy to spread. It has SPF40 PA+++ sun protection, but it's not rough. It leaves my skin glowing after applying the cream after skincare, but it doesn't feel sticky on the surface, which is nice. It's listed as fragrance-free, but it smells like flowers. It doesn't have much of a tone-up effect. I was looking for a sunscreen with moisturizing properties, so this was perfect. I'd like to try using it someday in windy places like rivers or the ocean...
I don't wear foundation, so I only use this primer! It has just the right amount of coverage, shine, and moisture. It's great in every way! It leaves my skin glowing and radiant no matter what condition it's in. However, for some reason, in the evening... towards the end of the day, my skin seems a little dull... It's a little disappointing that the color fades a little, perhaps because it blends in so well with my skin. But I love it so much that I keep buying it in stock!
I received the "Moisturizing Cream Primer" from Fasio. Released on October 16th! For dry skin, this cream primer contains serum and feels fresh and smooth when applied! Even after a while, my skin feels moisturized, and I have combination skin, so I didn't feel any dryness. It's amazing that it has SPF40 and can be removed with soap, but the coverage isn't that great... Both add a subtle glow to the skin! I'm also happy that it improves the application and staying power of my foundation. Thank you very much. #SeriousMonitor_Fasio
