How to use
Use on clean skin. Please read the device's instruction manual carefully before use. [Installation Instructions] Recommended Mode: Introduction Mode (DYHP/DWHP/NEB/DxLIFT) 1. Remove the pad from the bag and place it on the electrode head of the device. 2. Attach the cotton stopper by pressing it in from above. *Multiple modes can be used continuously with one pad. *If the pad dries out during treatment, add more serum from the bag and continue using. *The power supply shape varies depending on the device. [Precautions when Using the Device] - The head may become hot within a few seconds of turning on the power with the pad attached. When using for the first time, please test the warmth on your hand. Always start at level 1. Always move the pad over your skin while using (except when using EYE CARE or COOL mode). Continuous application to one area may cause burns or low-temperature burns. If redness or heat occurs, use COOL mode to cool the pad down. - Be sure to check for any abnormalities on your skin before use. Discontinue use if your skin does not agree with the product, or if you experience any cuts, swelling, eczema, rashes, or other abnormalities. If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening during use or after exposure to sunlight, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist. Continuing use may worsen symptoms. For hygienic reasons, do not reuse pads once used. If product gets into eyes, rinse immediately. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humidity, and keep out of reach of infants and young children. Due to the natural ingredients used, color and fragrance may change, but this does not affect the quality.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
