How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I did a self-skin analysis with est and found that I had keratinization, so I bought K. The texture is smooth and not too dry or thick, making it very comfortable to use. I'm so glad I bought this product! I have extremely dry skin, which causes acne, enlarged pores, and dullness. After just three days of use, my skin texture was already smoother, brighter, and softer. My pores also seem to have tightened a little. (I also started using the Clarifying Gel Wash and Nurturing Cleansing Serum, so this may be a synergistic effect.) What I'm most happy about is that it moisturizes well and absorbs quickly, even without having to apply multiple layers! Just two pumps of the recommended amount plus one pump was enough to leave my skin feeling supple and moisturized. I'm very satisfied with all the products, which seem to be worth more than their price, so I'm considering purchasing the emulsion as well.
