It goes on light and airy for a softly blurred, blotted look, building from sheer to medium, while shea butter and plant oils keep lips comfortable and cushiony rather than dry, for a diffused matte with presence.
A blurring technology gives a soft-focus, just-blotted matte instead of a flat or harsh finish.
