Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used it every day as the weather started to get colder, and it left my skin plump and not dry, and it felt like my fine lines were moisturized. I heard that it's recommended to use it once a month, but it's quite expensive. After some hesitation, I ended up buying two more. It's easier to use than a sheet mask. I was worried about whether it would be sticky or cause breakouts, but there was no need to worry. It's my hit product of the year.
I bought this product because it was recommended as being good for damaged skin in the summer. I think it's fine, but not so impressive that I think it's not really necessary. I won't be buying it again. It seems that it's best to use it for 7 days straight as intensive care.
