Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I think it's a good color for people who like natural looks.
My lips peel easily, but I wanted a matte lipstick. I touched it up and was told, "It's less drying than a stick lipstick," and no, "It definitely won't dry out your lips," so I bought it. Then, it started to dry out. I haven't used it for a while because I work in a job where I can't reapply for long periods of time, and recently, I tried it again after a long time. It feels oilier than before. Maybe my mucous membranes? My skin? is getting used to it? The color is vibrant and beautiful to wear. I tried out a few different shades at the store, but I ended up buying 781 Almond Whip, which was the one that suited me best. I've also used a few of the Isetan exclusive shades in the past, and I love them all.
