Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

When I was younger, I thought my face was oily all year round, but now that I'm in my mid-30s, I've started to experience some dryness in certain areas in the fall and winter. If I don't properly moisturize the corners of my eyes, they dry out easily, and I also feel dryness around my mouth. I was searching for a good primer that was both moisturizing and also covered pores, and I finally found it. This is it (lol). It doesn't really tone up my skin, but it evens out uneven skin tone and gives my pores a glossy, blurred look. The moisturizing power, as it's all-important, is simply amazing. I don't feel dry at all, and my skin feels hydrated all day long (personally, I thought this level of moisturizing power wouldn't be suitable for the summer when my skin is oily). I'm glad I can wear powder foundation and matte foundations, which are difficult to use in the winter, without being afraid. I think this primer is worth having in your arsenal for fall and winter. Clarins is known for its serums, fix mists, and lip oils, but I've learned that they also have some great base makeup products. This primer could do with a little more buzz...
Good points: It spreads easily and covers the skin beautifully even when applied thinly. It doesn't fill in the unevenness of pores, but it reduces the feeling of unevenness and gives the impression of smooth skin texture. Bad points: The scent is too strong and it's unpleasant to have the scent on your face all the time. It's not suitable for people who don't like the scent of overseas products.
It has good moisturizing power and naturally lifts the skin, so on days when you don't want to look too heavy, this one product provides natural coverage and is all you need.
