What it is
Even if your hands or face are wet, it will dissolve and remove waterproof mascara and makeup from pores. It washes clean and is not sticky. It is slightly acidic like bare skin. *Refreshing aroma with fruity scent. *The rinse solution is slightly acidic. *Package design etc. may change without notice.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I found it very convenient that this cleanser can be used in the bath. I can use it even when my hands and face are wet, and it quickly removes makeup, so it's great for busy days or when I'm in the bath. On the other hand, because it has such a strong cleansing power, there are times when I feel it's a bit harsh on my skin, but the price is reasonable and it's easy to use on a regular basis.
It's convenient to be able to use it with wet hands, but it may be difficult to remove mascara that has been applied heavily.
It's easy to apply and removes well. It doesn't irritate the skin, so it's safe.
The makeup removal was as strong as you'd expect from a cleansing oil, and it removed heavy makeup and eye makeup, but some mascara was difficult to remove in one go. Because of its strong cleansing power, I did notice a slight dryness.
