(2) Fit the peaked end of the tip to the base of your eyelashes from underneath, and apply generously to the tips, lifting the lashes as you go. (3) Similarly, for the lower lashes, blend the product into the lash line with the tip of the tip, then hold the tip upright and apply to the lower lashes. The easiest way to apply the product will vary depending on the length and growth pattern of your lower lashes, so you can also fit the peaked end to your lashes and apply towards the tips.
