A matte version of Rouge Couture, popular for its melty application, has been released.This is the first time that bouncing cushion powder, which is also the base for loose powder, has been used in a lip color.By designing the base formula with a light oil, it feels light and smooth, while the wax ingredients adhere to the lips, forming a second veil that holds in moisture.It achieves a soft and fluffy "rare matte" texture without allowing moisture to evaporate.Together with the elastic powder, it conforms to the movement of the lips, creating a soft focus effect that lasts

How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a delicate color with an exquisite semi-matte finish! The color doesn't last very long, so you'll need to reapply! It's a lipstick that will make you feel excited when you have it.
I accidentally bought number 2... |ω`) I was actually planning to buy a shade with a bit more reddish tint, but the texture is perfect! It's moist and doesn't have the dry, flaky feel that matte lipsticks often have, and that was what impressed me the most! The shade I bought is pink! It's a baby pink color... I'm cool-toned, so it was manageable, but next time I'll buy a different shade. I was so impressed with the texture that I went to the Snidel store to see it in person, and I'm planning to buy it on the Suzykirei website (lol). This brand is really excellent, and they also have an eyeshadow palette that's so beautiful! I can't believe matte lipsticks have evolved so much! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a matte lipstick with a reddish tint!
I really like the stress-free application and the pleasant scent. It's an orange lipstick with a lighter brown tint. It's a rare color. It goes well with natural makeup, so I choose it for everyday use.
