How To Use

1. After washing your face, tone your skin with toner, remove the sheet, and apply it to your forehead, skin, and cheeks in that order. 2. After approximately 3 to 5 minutes, remove the sheet and gently pat the remaining essence onto your skin to absorb it.

I bought this as a replacement for my morning lotion, as it's supposed to take just three minutes. It's a thin sheet, but when you open it, it's filled with a generous amount of serum. It's soaked enough that it doesn't dry out my skin even after about five minutes of wearing it. The sides of my nose and around my mouth tend to get dry, but this moisturizer makes my pores less noticeable. However, it drips and makes my hairline soaked, so it's a bit difficult to use in the morning. I only use it when I can't be bothered with my nighttime skincare routine, or on mornings when my skin is particularly dry.

It contains retinol, but I was able to use it without any irritation! I've become addicted to using it at night in the following order: Curel lotion → sheet → Curel emulsion → Dalba VTC cream.

I have sensitive skin and many retinol products don't suit me, but I've tried various types of Mediheal masks and thought Mediheal would be okay, so I bought it. It doesn't irritate my skin at all, and it leaves my skin feeling smooth after use. I could still feel the effects the next morning, and it's one of the few retinol products I can use, so I decided to buy it again.

I used it after washing my face. It comes in a pack of seven, but the sheets are thick and contain plenty of serum. After using the mask, my skin feels fresh and moisturized without feeling sticky. The mask only takes three minutes to apply, so it's great for busy mornings.
