How to use
1. After washing your face, tone your skin with lotion, remove the sheet, and apply it to your forehead, skin, and cheeks in that order. 2. After about 10 to 20 minutes, remove the sheet and gently pat the remaining essence onto your skin to absorb it.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a mask with a strange texture. It's coated with a lot of liquid, almost like yuba (bean curd skin). It's neither thick nor thin, and adheres perfectly. After the liquid dries, I realized it was thinner than I thought. I'm not sure if it tightens pores or anything like that. The firming effect is...well, average, I guess. The moisturizing effect is also decent. Overall, I'd say it's average. It's easy to use because it feels good to use.
I have oily skin. I love Mediheal sheets because they are soft and don't drip easily. I'm not sure about the retinol effect, but I think using a retinol serum is more effective. They leave my skin moisturized and stay hydrated until morning, so they're very moisturizing.
As with the other products in the series, the pack alone left a refreshing feeling.
It left my skin moist and shiny.
I previously ordered just one bottle and used it, and my skin felt so much better the next morning that I bought two boxes! I'll be buying it again and again!
